NEW DELHI (PTI): A three-day exhibition showing India's indigenous defence capabilities like BRAHMOS supersonic missiles, main battle tank 'Arjun' among others was inaugurated at Parliament House on Wednesday.
Organised by the DRDO, the exhibition was inaugurated by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and displays a number of state-of-the-art defence technologies, products and systems developed by various DRDO laboratories, including AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning and Control System), multi barrel rocket launcher 'Pinaka', NBC Recce Vehicle, Wheeled Armoured Platform (WHAP), Laser Ordnance Disposal System (LORDS), Varunastra torpedo, Mobile Automatic Robotic System (MARS) among others.
Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha, M Thambi Durai were among the others who visited the exhibition.
