DefExpo 2022

NOTE:  According to recent press release in PIB by Ministry of Defence, India, the DefExpo 2022 proposed to be held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat from March 10th till March 14th is postponed due to logistics problems being experienced by participants. The new dates will be communicated in due course.

India will host the 12th edition of DefExpo-2022 exposition at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat from March 10 to 14, 2022.

The biannual international event – India's flagship defence exhibition on Land, Naval & Homeland Security – will be organised by the Defence Exhibition Organisation (DEO), Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production.

The mega event will offer a unique platform for the domestic and global defence industrial manufacturers and service providers to showcase their cutting-edge technologies, products, systems and solutions at the exhibition. It will provide myriads of opportunities for the public and private sector small, medium & large enterprises, manufactures, start-ups and the entire spectrum of India's ever-growing aerospace, defence and security industry to explore and forge new partnerships while promoting the country as a world-class defence manufacturing hub.

The event will also provide an ideal platform for conducting defence industrial conferences, seminars and B-2-B meetings among industrial partners and key decision makers.

The previous edition of DefExpo was held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in 2020 in which over 1,000 domestic and international defence exhibitors and 70 foreign delegations participated.
